I knew Billie for close to 40 years from seeing her at the Kingdom Hall. I got to know Paul a little by association. He was a gracious quiet kind man of few words. My sincerist condolences to all his family.

I am saddened to learn about Paul’s passing. I started working for Shively Labs in Raymond as an RF engineer in 1973. Paul started working there about a year later as a painter. It did not take long for us to realize that he was not just a painter. He and I worked side by side building and testing some of the newest radio transmission equipment ever designed by Ed Shively. As a testament to Paul’s work most of that equipment is still working. I missed Paul after he retired from here I now mourn his passing.

Paul was a faithful and valued employee of Howell Laboratories during most of my thirty-four years as its President and CEO. His contribuitons to the Shively Labs broadcast product line were substantial. A man of modesty and dignity he will be remembered by all who worked with him.
